Returns Policy

If you have ordered the wrong size for your child, please return the garment(s) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and once received, we will refund the cost of the garments to you. To ensure you receive the replacement uniform, please place a new order for the correct size.

A returns form has been included in your original order.

To enable us to handle your return as quickly as possible, follow the instructions below:

Please ensure you include:

  • Details of the reason for the return
  • Your order number
  • Your email address
  • Your name and address

You MUST include your details with the item you are returning, without them we are unable to identify who the return is from.

Wrap the item(s) securely and take your parcel to the Post Office, ensuring you ask for a proof of posting receipt (this is not recorded and costs the same as normal post).

We will notify you via email when we have processed your return. This may take up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned item at Essential Schoolwear. Refunds on your card statement will show as ‘Baloun Enterprises’

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
